How sure are we that our mask neutralizes SARS-CoV-2 ?

The technology applied on the mask is tested time and again in different world class laboratories in practically every jurisdiction. The results are very similar. The latest one being done at Doherty Institute for Infection and immunity proves that SARS-CoV-2 is neutralized within 30 mins at 99.98%.

How is it safe ?

The mask does not only come with Anti-Viral technology but also a patent-pending design. The breathable area is cup-shaped like the respirators and acts like that as well. While the filter is made using the same filtration layer as N95/FFP2 masks. **There is no filter in Shield Series

How long does it last ?

It lasts for 20 washes or 1 year whichever comes first. Even after 20 washes the potency is at 99.5% which is better than other brand new anti-viral face masks.

Is it washable ?

Yes, the mask is washable. All you need to do it clean it with gentle soap in cold water. Please do not wash the filter.

How often should I wash it ?

This depends on your usage. There are people wearing it in air-conditioned filtered environments and others that are wearing it in outdoor and dusty environments. Based on outdoor usage; we recommend to wash it every 12 hours of use. Depending on how long you wear it everyday; you could wash it every two days or once every week.

When do I replace the filters ?

So filters should never get wet. Filters have a static charge on them which increases their efficiency. If the static charge goes away (which it does if it gets wet); then the filtration efficiency will decrease to around 75%. If your filters stays dry; it is good for 100 hours of use.

What types of masks do you sell ?

We sell respirator (Vault and Armor) and source-control (Shield). The masks are tested on European and international standards. The respirators show above 95% filtration level in both PFE (98.5%) and BFE (97.75%).

How soon will it reach me

We use international expedited courier delivery from Dubai which is a central hub between east and west. So typically you will receive your order with 4 business days. But because some of supply chains are still disturbed because of COVID19; it might take more time.

How can I pay for the mask ?

Shall I buy more filters with the mask ?

Comfortable and fits well. The best thing I found was the aluminum clip on the nose seals the face completely and no air comes out. I wear glasses and normally I will find my glasses fogging up while wearing normal masks but it doesn't happen with viromas
